We also do a full inventory analysis and make recommendations on items that should not be cleansed to lower the price of a project.

The easy answer is none. We do ground up data builds when a client is implementing a new system and doesn’t have any inventory records. Typically, most customers have current data so we asked for a full inventory download, transactional history, and other references like PM’s, BOM data, etc.

This depends on SKU count and scope but our staff has the capability to convert thousands of SKU’s per week. A small storeroom typically takes a couple of weeks to convert. We have many internal processes to shorten timelines on larger projects like consolidating the data and using our database to convert a large number of items to start.
